Dec 5, 2008 - Hello try to have sex at the end of cycle asap after last period then stay in the bed to give sperm coming in time and keep trying 2 or 3 times then wait till before starting the period time try that. I am not sure about no period but if you get period try that. I knew one couple had struggled to have babies for 11 yearss then they went on vacation then they finally got child. it might be good to go out for your honeymoon but be sure to wait till after the end of the cycle. Finally started having my period at age 29 after laparoscopy surgery to repair one of ovaries which was bented even though ultrasound showed nothing wrong. I suggested you to ask your OBGYN to do laparoscopy surgery, then send you to see an fertility specialist. I had IVF (in virto fertility) 4 times, never worked. Gave up for a year, then started having period and got pregnant on my own. I have two kids now.Good luck.

Dec 5, 2008 - Hi Lack of menses are no good. This was what my doctor told me 10 years ago when I had no menses for three years. I loved it but not good for my body. I have hormone problem due to my pitutiary gland tumor (it is called proclatinoma). Many women have proclatinoma and many of them struggle to have children till they take medicine to control procatin hormone to under. Pitutary gland is responsible for menses so check pitutiary gland to see if it does mess your menses or not. Wish you luck. :)
