I don't know what better line-up the Great Central Railway Could Host. It was one of their most spectacular Steam Galas Ever (Although i've only ever been to their Gala's twice but to Loughborough station and sheds Many times)! This didn't beat the A4 LNER Gala at North York Moors earlier this year end of March which was still slightly Better but this was as nearly as Brilliant! We rode up and down the line all afternoon! Star Guest Locos: Peppercorn A1 60163 Tornado, 70013 Oliver Cromwell, Jubilee 5690 Leander and Maunsell 850 Lord Nelson. I rode on 3 out of Four Locomotives which include My first ever Trip behind Tornado! Only one i didn't ride is Lord Nelson. It wasn't on passenger duties while i was there. Here Britannia class 70013 Oliver Cromwell Arrives at Loughborough Platform 1 from Leicester under the bridge. I apologise for the Recording. Lord Nelson was stood in the Siding next to it. More footage to follow Tommorow (12th Oct.) Don't worry, i've got a load of better Videos I took Today (11/10/08)
