Governor Felix Camacho will be in San Francisco this week, where he will meet with the federal regional council and he's expected to bend an ear or two on some of Guam's needs leading up to the big military build up.Governors spokesman Shawn Gumataotao says the governor will be addressing some concerns regarding the build up and will be making a push for more assistance.The federal regional council includes representatives of 12 agencies under President Bush, all of which will be assisting Guam in the build up. Camacho is to be back on Guam this Friday.
