Dec 3, 2008 - Nope, it is the other way around. Chinups are done with a supinated grip (palms facing you) and pullups are done with a pronated grip (palms facing away from you). Do a google search for "chin ups" and click the wikipedia link. (Just noticed that the link directly under the wiki-link is to my training log at a norwegian forum..:).
