Dec 2, 2008 - I read today in a magazine review that you cannot convert RAW images on this camera even if you buy their ( quite expensive ) software. What is the point of selling a high res camera if you have to only shoot j-pegs?

Dec 2, 2008 - The D90 is a brand new camera. It's just a matter of time until the various software companies come out with their codec to read RAW D90 images. Adobe just released a Lightroom 2 beta (which I'm using) to import RAW D90 images. If I'm not mistaken every digital camera has their own RAW format of which photo software has to upgrade to.
