Joe The Plumber is running his plumbing business illegally because he does not have a license (he's operating under his bosses license which is illegal),he didn't pay over a thousand dollars in taxes in 2007, and he's related to Charle's Keating's son in law, who is Sr. VP of American Continental, the Parent Company behind the Lincoln Savings And Loan scandal.

(Probably once he gets that worthless peice of paper from the government called a "license")Secondly: I just did a search of "Joe Wurzelbacher Charles Keating" NOTHING in the "news" section of the search produced any credible sources. NONE! This "connection" to Keating seems to be another internet rumor.

We used to be, but now we're not first in manufacturing, not first in income, not first in quality of life, education, freedom of the press, we're not number one in nothing anymore. Nov 22, 2008 - It doesn't matter, you have to be licensed to prove you know what you're doing. What does the business license have to do with it? He has to be a certified plumber, which as of right now they can't find any proof he is. I'd say he either didn't take the exam, or failed it.
