They look assumed role as being aggressive, domineering, and one upping men. This is why so many so-called "successful" women are complaining about no good men. When things do not work out they do not do any self reflection but instead blame men.Bottom line... Black women want to be "strong and independent" and "victim" when it suits them.

Aug 12, 2008 - No not really. The parents will be forced to raise their children to be strong and independent. Hopefully the parents is also capable of of being that. If they had a plan to shut it down, then they should give everyone to 2012 to get off welfare. That will give them more than enough time to get their life together. If the parents fail to do their job, then the kids under 17 will be put up for adoption. All of that money used for welfare can now be used to improve the country.
