If anything the only thing i meant to do with this video is show that while abortions are considered safe in America there are risk and everything isn't always a bed of roses afterwards like the other side seems to portray. Dec 5, 2008 - Really well at least people who go into those surgery know what they are getting into. They usually have an appointment with the doctor before the surgery to let them know the risk, how the proceedure is done and what could happen post-op. Does planned parenthood give the woman a referral in which they let her know all the risk? Do they give them brochures to look at? From what I've heard you can walk into planned parenthood, get your abortion and walk out.

You'd be surprised how many people in this world think that they are invincible and then when something bad happens to them, say maybe they become steril from an abortion, they say "I didn't think anything would go wrong." Did you watch any of the video's on one this lady, who asked a doctor that performs abortions, said that even when the doctor is doing their best Job they can still puncture the uterus.

So why would you want to keep abortions legal if it can result in having to have a hysterectamy, you could die, you could become sterile, you could go into a coma, they could not get everything and you miscarry the rest later on in the tolit. cnt.

What I know is that before abortion got legal in my country young girls went to "doctors" several died or got so injuried they lost the ability of giving birth ever again. After it became legal, professionels who used clean tools preformed that surgery. Not a single woman/girl has been reported "killed" because of aborting. Few girls find abortion a pleasing, they use other methods to avoid pregnancy!

What's the answer I don't know. I'm not really the type that would be protesting out in the streets but I do believe that we need to talk to people about abortion other wise nothing get's accomplished.

Would you rather them toss themselves down a flight of stairs or have someone punch them in the abdomen? Or use a coat hanger... which sends shivers down my spine. Of course it's dangerous.. it's a medical procedure. They all are... but sometimes you have to do what you have to do. I'm not arguing with you, just saying.. lol.

Pro-choice makes abortion look like a walk in the park when it isn't there are many things that could go wrong. Do you think the women that went into a comma was told that she might have a bad reaction that might result in her having a hystorectomy?

Dec 5, 2008 - I never said it was a walk in the park. And Yes. They told her the risks. In fact it took me a week of trying to tell her she doesn't want to have one because of those risks. And yet, the pros of having one outweighed the Cons. I'm pro choice, because I think it's not my business what they want to do, and if I know them, I inform them of what can happen, and they still take that chance. Not for themselves but for everyone around them.
