The reality is Paul purposely avoided (was absent) from key votes so he could not go against the GOP and not lose independent and democratic support.. He was oner of the only congressman absent and the ONLY senior congressman.

That could have happened during his administration but some people are impatient.The money is again related to his running. All that donation came from a idea "money bomb" created by a 30 something year old guy who never voted before. I doubt anyone else would have gotten it at all.
