Jan 10, 2009 - Well, I'm half-German. I was born in Baden-Württemberg, where my mother is from, however, I was raised in non-German speaking countries. Maybe that is why it sounds non-native. I live in Australia now, and I also lived in Canada for 2 years, and the United States for 6. I am going back to Germany next year, so maybe it will get better once I start going to a German-speaking school. I use German all the time, though, but English more. Thanks
Musicalfan1234 Says:
Jan 10, 2009 - I'm sorry that you feel that way. I am making a second try at this, though. Maybe you will watch that and change your mind. Also, I will try "Frei und Schwerelos," and maybe "Heißgeliebt," because I like those songs, too. Maybe I will try them in English as well. I'm 1/2 German, but I was raised in countries that do not speak German. Possibly that is why my German pronunciation is good. I have sung professionally for 9 years, so it was probably just this day. I normally have a very nice voice.
Niggy1988 Says:
Jan 10, 2009 - Well I was really amazed by your pronounciation because German happens to be a very difficult language to learn and to speak.I do not want to be rude, but if you watch professional singers and comare their vocal qualities to yours you will see that yours do not attest to a professional education. Maybe it is because of the German language but in this video your singing is very nasal. I'm sorry and curious about your singing in English.
Musicalfan1234 Says:
Jan 10, 2009 - Yeah, I think that I sing better in English. I will try to make an English video in the next few days.Tschüss
Musicalfan1234 Says:
Jan 10, 2009 - I will also try "Der Zauberer und Ich"And German was not so hard with me. My mother is from Germany and about 40% of my family lives in Germany. Mostly in and around Berlin, München, Frankfurt am Main, Köln, and Stuttgart.
Musicalfan1234 Says:
Jan 10, 2009 - I meant that I will try "Der Zauberer und Ich" again. Maybe it was just that day, my voice wasn't feeling so well.

Jan 10, 2009 - OMG, your singing made me barf!I'm Germany and i know you are NOT german at all! I bet ur some wannabe who is soooo unpopular and gets beat up everyday! Your voice is not only nasally, it made my little sister cry for 2 hours! U suck at singing! Give it up and try being a mime, maybe then i wont have 2 hear ur awful voice! DONT MAKE ANYMORE VIDEOS
Musicalfan1234 Says:
Jan 10, 2009 - How could she cry for 2 hours if you watched this 54 minutes ago?
cloudyraindrops4ever Says:
Jan 10, 2009 - and who gives a fuck if i make a typo?!?! who are u to judge whatever i type
cloudyraindrops4ever Says:
Jan 10, 2009 - so who gives a damn that i made mistake that tons of ppl probably make, that doesn't mean I'm 1 person! I'm sorry if my comments offended u, i admit they were a bit harsh, but i stand by some of what i said!Your voice really is nasally and it really did wake up my little sister from her nap and cry! Work on singing songs that show off your voice well rather than very poor.
Musicalfan1234 Says:
Jan 10, 2009 - I'm sorry that I woke up your younger sister, but is that my fault. No. You live all the way in America, I live in Australia. You made the choice to click on this video (giving me one more view!), and she would've woken up into any video with this volume. Also, you say that you are German, but live in the US. That would make you German-American. I lived in the US for 6 years most German-Americans speak little to no German, so I doubt that you can "tell" who's German.
auraluce Says:
Jan 10, 2009 - you are sure being watched over here in germany....unfortunately not for the reason you hope.I dont mean to be rude but I doubt you will do anything with your voice one day (rather than amusing people cuz its funny).Am not quite sure whether you are for real or just take the piss...................... in any case wish u all the best.
Musicalfan1234 Says:
Jan 10, 2009 - Hello. I am actually watched in Germany, the United States, Austria, Australia (where I live), the United Kingdom, Canada, and Italy. I actually was not exactly feeling well the day that I made this. I will try "Der Zauberer und Ich" again, though. I hope to become a singer/actor, and I have already appeared in many professional productions in Canada, where I used to live.
Musicalfan1234 Says:
Jan 10, 2009 - I am "for real," by the way. I will accept any comment that will HELP me. If someone just says "You're horrible, I hate you, die," that will not help me. If someone tell me what I can do to improve my singing, I will be grateful and say thank you, because that person was helping me.

kristinchenofan570 Says:
Jan 10, 2009 - For those of you who speak German, I just said... I know this guy. Personally i like the American Galinda (Kristin Chenoweth as you can see by my user name) more than the German one but the German one is good too. I am a big fan of Wicked! Hope I can see it on Broadway one day!
kristinchenofan570 Says:
Jan 10, 2009 - i wanna meet kristin chenoweth!!! lol
kristinchenofan570 Says:
Jan 10, 2009 - ok! im having a contest! who was the best galinda? 1. Kristin Chenoweth 2. Kendra Kassebeaum 3. Allie Mauzey let me no wat u think! the winner will get some recognition! thanks and happy voting! PS- those r the only options!!!
TheSongOfHope Says:
Jan 10, 2009 - I am honest, I find it really miserable. And why do you sing it on in German? In English is your mother language, so sing it also on English! (Also I think, the English version is substantially better!)
Musicalfan1234 Says:
Jan 10, 2009 - I hate Allie. Kendra's ok. Kristin is the best of those 3, I think.
Musicalfan1234 Says:
Jan 10, 2009 - How would you know what my mother tongue is? I like the German version more. It is more fun to sing.
