After spotting the turtle, my buddy and I got a hold of Shane who arrived on the scene, and we headed out to help the turtle. Locating it, another buddy came along and helped us haul it in. This is Shane and I headed to shore with the big loggerhead to take to the awaiting ambulance.

This rooster sounded off outside the window. At first, I was uncertain it was a rooster. But then it picked up steam. All of a sudden the other roosters began calling, too. It was like "breaking the spell" and very cool.
