We journeyed into Oregon on the day that we were waiting for the bad weather to pass on Mount Shasta. Consequently, the skies were a bit moody and overcast for our sightseeing but we made the most of it.

We arrived in Wyoming expecting big things ... this was after all the state which primarily hosts the United State's first National Park, Yellowstone. Sadly, it didn't turn out to be the highlight that we'd hoped.
